Thank you for purchasing our products at Kit Out Clothing. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. 

The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, un-worn, undamaged in any way and with the original tags attached. 

How do I return my order?

  1. Put the items you wish to return in a package with either the order form that came with them originally or a note with your name, contact details & order number.
  2. Choose from the return options below: 

In person Drop Off Returns Address:

Opening hours: Mon - Sat. 9am - 4pm.

- Please note that we do not refund any delivery costs for incorrectly ordered goods.

School Returns: Follow the 'how do i return my order?' steps listed above and return your order to the school reception. This option is only available to orders collected in person from a school, see collection & delivery for more info.

What happens next?

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange item(s) from your order for a different size, please contact us - harry@kitoutclothing.co.uk

We usually ask that you return the item(s) following our returns process and re-order the correct size you require. Anyone who is re-ordering for home delivery, get in touch and we can arrange to collect your return at the same time we deliver the new order. (This service is not available for people ordering Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy or The Flying High Academy Uniform). We will then refund the original delivery cost so that delivery is only paid for once in total. Please note we will only know to collect a return if you notify us beforehand.

Defective Goods

We will repair, replace or refund the purchase price paid for any item(s) which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery. 

Please notify us of any issues within 7 days from delivery, and return the item(s) to us.
